What is Strategic Planning?

Strategic planning creates a pathway from idea to implementation. Organizations use strategic plans to hone in on a clear 5-year roadmap, launch a new program or idea, assess agency strength after major changes, or all of the above.

This is accomplished through three phases.

1. Information gathering & document review

2. Analysis and presentation of themes

3. Strategic planning workshop with a written, actionable plan
